Well i paid my dues today so thought i would drop an official hello to you all out there\\:D/

Although i havn't got any immediate plans to make my 1989 Tbar a 1.5 i can definitly see it happening in the next couple of years so i thought i would tag along and pick up as much as possible in the mean time.

I've currently got my baby in pieces in the garage (not mechanically) and its going in for the full body work treatment in the next couple of weeks..after that i have the joys of full suspension, brake and other stuff overhaul so hope you guys won't mind putting me in the right direction every now again!!

Always happy to help out picking stuff up for people in and around the derby / notts/mansfield area and i'm also down on coventry quite often so any ebay bargins in those areas you need someone to collect just give me a shout!!!

All favours greatly appreciated and always happy to repay in beer tokens:drink: :drink: :drink:

right enough from me back to work...:-|

cheers guys!!

Apart from a bad attempt to reinvent Pauls headlight mod and also add an s2 back box my car is just being repaired to standard for the moment(oh apart from rims of course putting 16's on). Just trying to get a solid car really so addressing the 3 main areas, arches, a posts and above the windscreen (oh and i try not too think about the new wings i bought). Once these are sorted i have a gearbox swop with associted stuff like pumps and belts then its the fun stuff with shocks springs and brakes.....roll on cold weekends in my garage over winter!!!!

Sensible mate. We must have spent a good 4-5 months initial work to repair the shell and start getting the conversion bits into place. It definitely pays dividends to get a really solid base to work with first.

BTW 16's are a really good compromise between looks, handling and getting as big tyres on as possible!

Nice to see another victi... :-# er... 'member' 8)
