well i spoke to peter from twosrus website 12 days ago he said yes i ve got a set of rear tie bars for a mk1a so he took my card details and said they would arrive on tuesday well that was a week ago!

someone from sbits on imoc said that they are out of stock and peter will call me well now a week later no parts i ve called 6 times left answer phone messages text messages and not a single response!

not happy the worst customer service i ve ever experienced! easier to speak to a person at bt than this!

well going to ring them again only want to know if and when i ll recieve the part

Thats a pretty poor show. I've ordered loads of stuff off them in the past, nothing recently though and they've always been fantastic in customer service and delivery times.

Hope they get the finger out soon.

I've heard bad things about them, but twosrus in the states are great

Would always use them over the UK one, David has always done a great job and will go out of his way to sort any problems.

Agreed - the UK end of things seems to have gone down the pan recently, though they used to be pretty good.

Agreed. David Hawkins is probably one of the BEST MR2 vendors in the entire community.

i've dealt with twosrus from the states.
really good
ordered two shift kits and a distributor rebuild kit. came out to 75USD
he ended up saying it was commercial sample so i didnt have to pay taxes or duty on it :) i was really happy.

Peter from Sbits, used to be spot on with his service and parts, but it would seem the last 18 months something has gone wrong. Had some work done by him and two days later Paul had to do up the bolts he had left loose on my downpipe.

The guy at work ordered a back panel from him, that was going to be a week, think 3 months later it finally arrived after different stories every week...Comon Peter, get back to the old ways.

Twosrus in USA are superb, ordered many times from them and usually its there within the week, cant go wrong with David.

i've used them a couple of times but not recently. have never had any problems with delivery and have been very helpful on the phone. a couple of emails i've sent about the availability of the gas charged engine lid prop haven't been answered but when i've phoned they've been excellent to deal with
