Hi guys

Are we going to do this Durham-area meet? I'm in Hartlepool at the mo, but I know that Paul won't be back from S Wales until Thursday. John, are you around? Thing is, I'm thinking that as I don't have much spare time I might have to head off down to Manc before Thursday so I can get some more stuff done to the car (i.e. try to get the engine in). I am enjoying the usual eating and drinking festivities here in the 'pool but I will be kicking my heels for a few days and fretting about not getting any more 1.5 done.

Thoughts? Shall we reschedule? :???:

I'm now out Thursday night, but don't mind having a ride up for lunch on Friday. Daylight might be better for seeing stuff anyway.

I'm doing a few bits and pieces early this week and have a family party to go to, but should be free the rest of the week.

Thursday sounds good, unless folks want to hang on for Friday for Sooty? Either sounds fine with me.

I guess I'll have to get the battery on the MR2 charged up then :-)

I think it's going to be thursday for me... Paul, what time do you get back? How about a meet up for some lunch if people want to get away before the end of the day?

Hi guys

Sorry, I had to rush off as I have a job interview this morning in Manchester, I can't believe they want to interview me between xmas and new year! Oh well, at least I can get some more stuff done to the car this holiday anyhow.

I'll be up that way again fairly soon though, we'll have to reschedule. It was always going to be pushed for time at xmas...

Well we just woke up to snow everywhere up here today, apparently the A19 is one lane only along with most other main roads. It would have made things tricky.

Should we just wait until some time in the new year?

Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised with the weather being as it is.

Careful out there lads.
