waited 6 weeks for me new bongos (Wheels) went into the store today to find out where they are.

"they were never ordered"

Cheers Halfords.

I am currently negotiating with Israel to pop a few missiles on their store.

You want to get back at them...

Get a car which has the stereo wiring completely and utterly fubared, I mean wrong colour wires, no blocks to it, etc - then buy the cheapest stereo in store and get them to free fit it... lol always wanted to do that...

Oh and once they fixed up the wiring and put nice ISO blocks etc on it, take the stereo back and fit your own in seconds... hehe

I may go back to buy a big tin of hammerite and drop it at the till accidentally, you know how the lids come off on impact...... spilling it all over the floor and the sweetie/battery display unit. Or could go on a long park walk step in a few dog-eggs and walk that through the showroom.....

I have my new wheels.

The centre hole on the wheel is larger than the centre ridge on the wheel hub (54mm?)

I was given a fitting kit "lexus!" 20 nuts and plastic rings which are 72mm diameter with a 60mm centre diameter.

shouldn't the spigot rings have 54mm centre holes, is it dangerous to mount these wheels when the centre bore does not match?

not dangerous - it may give you a wheel wobble at certain speeds though!, ebay sell spigot rings if you cant find any or adamh can make some for a fee!

yip and the wheels are very very light indeedy, although I don't care for their look too much, they will be getting a silver painted rim at sometime... I'll be on the road next week...
