Ok, you've done something wrong, let's find out what.

Locate your 22 pin ECU plug, disconnect it from the ECU, locate pin 4 on that plug and ground it, the CEL should come on with ignition on, confirm if that is correct.....

Cool got it now, the pin had come out

Go to start and turns over and a few seconds later I get a clunk pop sort of noise

Sounds like air being forced out somewhere then going pop

I haven't got all the vac lines sorted yet or the timing but sounds mechanical rather than anything else

    Hmmmm

Very hard to say from such a short video, sounds timing related if i had to guess.

You will need to check the cams are in alignment with each other, that is the cogs that mesh with each other have their dots facing each other on each bank, unless you have pics of that during assembly? If not you will need to take the cam covers off and check.

Once that has been done, check the cambelt end, make sure the marks all line up at the cam pulleys and crank, again if you have pics of that from assembly it will save you looking.

Distributor, set it so the locking bolts are in the middle of the slot, that will be close enough for now.

Definitely did the cog spring and got that in

The belt I'm 100% sure all lines lined up and is correct

Dizzy I'll have a look, pretty sure I put it in the middle ish for now

I'll take the king lead out and try and see if it still does the same
