    JAE07 Guidlines

these are specific to the TB weekend and recommend members have a look at the official JAE rules of the organisers found here..
    • Parking on the TB club show stand in our 'exhibits' area is only open to owners of mk1.5s mk1.6s mk2v6s mk3.5s all other vehicles will be allocated space providing the owner has BM status. Furthermore any other MR2s (all mks) will be given show space though probably not at the front of the 'exhibits' area. Any non MR2 vehicles will be tucked away in the TB camping area on the stand.
note: the organisers of JAE do not allow non-japanese made cars into the showground unless they are registered 'support' vehicles.

    • Camping on the TB stand is only open to members and their guests. This is to ensure we have enough space for everyone. Basically we are a club and as such only expect club members and their partners/friends to be with us.

    • Only wearers of the TB Grub wristbands are entitled to eat Lodgeman's goods. All leftovers will be dropped on the floor and jumped on should anyone wish to be fed without entering into the wristband club.

    • Everyone must respect each others alcohol stash and not assume that supplying a six pack is a license to help yourself to everyone elses quota for the rest of the weekend. Last year we operated a self service system. We found that 1 person donating 1 case averaged out a weekends supply. If you dont want anyone drinking your special stuff then mark it up clearly stating such. Wise to mark up all of your stash anyway.

We don't like rules here at TB but please understand we need to ensure fairness for our members. The above guidlines are subject a "don't take the piss" clause. Events such as JAE are paid for from club funds..

Little more involved than last year, still pretty much common sense though.

(Oh and my Tubby needs to be at least 57m away from a power supply, as that is Owens longest extension lead for his grinder. ;) )

Nolite id cogere, cape malleum majorem.

yeah, we just wanted to make sure we dont get strays taking advantage who have nothing or little to do with the club..last year was superbly chaotic but with probably double the number of TB attendees this year we want to make sure its all in b&w beforehand..
